Service scope
SPORTEX provides discovery, booking, and community tools for racquet and field sports. Availability may vary by region and partner club.
- We are a booking facilitator; fulfillment of court access is managed by the club/operator.
- You must comply with house rules of each club (arrival time, footwear, ID checks).
- We may limit features to protect the platform (rate limits, fraud checks, maintenance).
Governing law (Pakistan)
These conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including applicable consumer protection rules. The courts of Karachi shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
- Consumer rights under Pakistani law remain unaffected.
- If you reside outside Pakistan, mandatory local consumer protections still apply where relevant.
User responsibilities
Keep your account secure, use accurate information, respect booking rules set by clubs, and do not misuse the platform.
- No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Use your own payment methods; do not share login credentials.
- Report vulnerabilities or abuse via security@sportex.com.
Payments & refunds
Where payments are enabled, local club policies apply. Refunds or credits are handled by the club unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Prices may include local taxes; any fees will be shown before payment.
- Cancellations and no-shows follow the club policy shown at booking time.
- Disputes about the service provided are primarily with the club/operator; we help mediate where possible.
Content & IP
Logos, brand assets, and app content belong to SPORTEX or partners. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.
- User-generated reviews or photos remain yours, but you grant SPORTEX a license to display them.
- You must not upload infringing or unlawful content.
Data protection compliance
We follow the spirit of the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and PECA 2016. See the Privacy Policy for lawful bases, transfers, and user rights.
- Cross-border processing uses contractual safeguards and minimization.
- Sensitive data is avoided unless strictly necessary for booking or identity checks.
Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated policy violations, fraud, or legal requests. You can close your account anytime via support.
- We may remove or limit features to prevent harm to other users or clubs.
- Outstanding payments and lawful retention may continue after termination.
Changes to terms
We update terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email with the effective date.
- Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Material changes will highlight what is new or updated.
