Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking preferences, device info, and limited analytics to improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
To power bookings, send confirmations, secure accounts, and personalize club recommendations. Marketing emails are opt-in and can be turned off anytime.
Sharing
We share necessary booking details with partner clubs and service providers (payments, analytics). All vendors are under data processing agreements.
Legal basis (Pakistan)
We rely on consent, performance of contract (bookings), legal obligation, and legitimate interests. We align with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and PECA 2016 principles.
Retention & control
You can request export or deletion at any time. We retain data only as long as needed for bookings, legal compliance, tax/audit, or your active account.
Security
Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Secrets are stored securely. Access is limited to authorized staff for support and compliance.
Your rights
Access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of marketing. Disable non-essential cookies via your browser or the cookies page.
Cross-border transfers
Data may be processed outside Pakistan by vetted providers. We use contractual safeguards and minimization; by using the service you consent to such transfers.
Children
The service is for users 16+. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.
